Aquatics Director / Lifeguard (2 Positions to fill)
Full-time
- Supervise and guard all pool related activities.
- Provide surveillance during aquatic activities to help prevent and to manage injuries.
- Provide rescues as needed.
- Utilize first aid and CPR and other emergency management services as needed.
- Understand and implement appropriate response to changes in water conditions or weather conditions affecting the waterfront.
Lifeguard certifications are available to be done during staff training! Position includes salary + room & board for the entire staff contract.

Activity Director (Arts and Crafts, Recreation, Camping and Fishing, Nature & Barn and Garden)
Full-Time
- Run meaningful activities for Campers in specific activity areas.
- Engage both Campers and Counselors in all activities.
- Run special events/activities on camp.
- Assist counselors with daily living skills of Campers.
- Keep activity area organized and clean through out the week.
Main Camp Counselor
Full-Time
- Supervision, direction and companionship of campers with attention to all of the following: health, program, happiness, behavior management, cleanliness, safety, routine duties, character and skill development.
- Assisting with daily living skills of campers.
- Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities and motivate campers to participate in programs to their greatest ability.
- Assist in program implementation as necessary.
Primitive Camp Counselor
Full-Time
- Counselors are to be the primary caregivers to WBC campers.
- Responsible for the assistance of personal care, behavior management and program planning for groups of 12 campers each week (along with four other counselors and one supervisor).
- Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities and motivate campers to participate in programs to their greatest ability.
- Assist in program implementation as necessary.
Travel Camp Counselor
Full-Time
- Counselors are to be the primary caregivers to WBC campers.
- Responsible for the assistance of personal care, behavior management and program planning for groups of up to 6 campers each week (along with one other counselor).
- Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities and motivate campers to participate in programs to their greatest ability.
- Assist in program implementation as necessary.
Camp Healthcare Staff
Full-Time
- Provide Healthcare to our campers.
- Complete med pass to all campers who require medications throughout the day.
- Assist campers with their medical needs.
- Follow up with incident reports and manage campers intake and output.
